Police Checkpoint leads to arrest of suspected class 1 drug dealer.

In the early hours of Tuesday Morning, Police Major Pacharawit from Banglamung Police Station held a press conference to announce the arrest of a suspected class 1 drug dealer. The suspect, Khun Aworn aged 29, was caught in possession of 87 Yabba Tablets at a Police Checkpoint in Soi Laplair near Soi Neun Pleub Wan after he failed to stop when asked to by Police.

A small chase ensued and the man was quickly caught. Khun Aworn confessed to purchasing the drugs from a local agent and would sell the drugs to his friends. He also confessed to selling class 1 drugs here in Pattaya for over one year.

what the h-ll was he driving if he got caught so fast? I have never seen any police car over here capable of chasing anything. :o

It is the week before payday crackdown on helmets, licences and insurance for the bike riders. The offender was probably riding the traditional Honda wave or similar. No great task to catch if the boys see a commission going down the tubes.
