Sms From Thailand

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if you can send SMS FROM Thailand on any of their mobile phone providers?

Thank you!

Been doing it from Orange without any problems. I send messages to the UK to most of the phone companies there without problem.

Just remember to change the number in your phone book to '+44'

Yep. DTAC (WP 1800), AIS (GSM), Orange no problem. If my memory is still as good as I think it is, everyone else charges 9THB (exc. VAT) per message while DTAC charges 3THB (exc. VAT).

When I am in Thailand I use 12Call ... I think you have to activate international calls but this is just a quick phonecall. It is a pay as you go service so you can't run up a huge bill :o
