Which means my journey will be:

junction 9 -> head for pathum thani -> (Rangsit) 305 road ( its the one with dream world along it ) -> Nakhon Nayok -> A-1 -> Sa Kaew -> Aranyaprathet.

May I know how long it takes for the whole journey? let says driving at around 100km/h ? how far is it from Sa Kaew to Aranyaprathet?

I live out at Klong 10 on the Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road, Hwy 305, the wife's from Sakeo, so have been out that route once or thrice.

--  Coming out of Swampyboom Airport, you'll head towards Bangkok on Hwy 7.

--  About 3-4 km on stay in the left lane and you'll come to the intersection of the Eastern Ring Road, Hwy 9.

--  Take the left swinging turn then over Hwy 7 and head off towards the north, on Hwy 9, Bang Pa In, Saraburi, forget all that it says.

--  On Hwy 9 at about the km 22 marker, take the turn off to Nakhon Nayok (NOT to Rangsit), you'll then be heading east on Hwy 305 and crossing Klong 5.

--  Wave just before you get to Klong 10, think "hi."

--  Continue on to Nakhon Nayok, at the 3rd stop light, turn right on to Hwy 33, which continues on to Prachin Buri, Kabin Buri, Sakeo, then Aran.

--  From Klong 10 I figure 2 hrs 45 min to Sakeo, and another 30-45 minutes on to Aran.

I would definitely NOT go by way of the NE suburbs (RT 9 - Minburi etc). Way too much traffic. I recommend:

From Suvarnabhumi, take the Motorway (RT 7) SOUTH toward Chonburi. Take the exit for Chachengsao (RT 314).

Follow 314 towards Chachengsao. Before you reach the city of Chachengsao, you will turn right onto RT 304.

Follow 304 to the turn-off for RT 359 towards Sa Kaeo.

Follow RT 359 which after about an hour turns into RT 33 right before Aranyapratet. It is well signed.

Note - RT 359 is straight as an arrow and very fast but only 2 lanes which the Thais make 3.

Taking this route, you can get from the airport to Aran in a bit over two hours.
