LivinginKata
The Greenman has a playground outside. So it does, pity it's awash today, and will be for many more days.
phuketsub
the Goti Buffet (opposite Boncafe in SAmkong) has a play area. Leelawadee, next to Kajonkiet, has a sandbox and is child friendly. Still, neither are really 'supervised' that I am aware of. I am afraid that kids and nice dining just don't go together -- unless you hire a babysitter. areafour
There is that spa on Koh Sirey (forget the name but it's just over the bridge past the moneys and on the left) it has a big pool of varying depths and waterslide (no vouching for the safety of the slide). You can eat poolside, if your kids are small one part of the pool is very shallow and walled off from the deeper areas. I've taken my kids here many times and unlike most restaurants I usually have to eat and run as the kids get bored. (or did - I'm looking back a year) but here, I can eat lunch and dinner and still they don't want to leave.
