Retirement visa-length of stay

Hello there, need some advice from you....

I have a retirement visa with a multiple re-entry permit valid until 22 Feb 2004.

I understand if I enter Thailand on the 15 Aug 2003 I would be allowed to stay on till 22 Feb 2004, is this correct and would it be stamped on my passport.

When I leave Thailand and re-enter on 1 Jan 2004, how long would be my stay..is it up to 22 Feb 2004 or will I be given a 90-days stay...appreciate your help...

Until the end of your yearly retirement extension, which is Feb 22; prior to which you will need to extend your stay again.

Just to confirm what Lopburi said.

You will need to extend your Retirement visa

prior to 22 Feb EVERY YEAR

I don't think there is any way you can change

the renewal date.

If anybody knows a way to do so I would be

grateful to hear it - because I would like to move mine !!

Exit without a re entry permit?  That should do it!  There is nothing preventing you from leaving and getting a new visa and starting the process over AFAIK.

I did mean - WITHOUT going back to square one that is !!!
