Hi all i have a non 'B' that needs an extension on june 10th because i am waiting on documents from the UK before i submit my work permit, visa documents.

Only problem last trip out of the country it was stamped 'used'.

I have not had a work permit and i have not extended this visa before.

So the question is can i go to immigration and get an extension on june 9th.

You don't say if it was single entry or multi entry. You don't provide an expiration date. But such a visa can not be extended more than 7 days without a work permit

its a multi and i had my last run already so it finishes 10th june, it was stamped used on the last visa run. lop have they changed the rules because i got a 14 day extension on my last non B.

When was that? They have not been allowing more than 7 days for the last year or so.

I read your post as your permitted to stay stamp expires on June 10th - your visa I suspect expired on the day after your entry and so they stamped it as used?
