Just discovered promotion on Ethihad website: book by 15 June, depart by 30 june 19000 Bhat + tax

Guess not many seats at this price , around 535 Euro, act fast

I flew Etihad in April from Heathrow to BKK. Easy lay over with minimal wait.

BUT, I made an error whne booking online and chose the morning flight instead of the evening flight. I immediately got back to Etihad to tell them error, and asked if I could change. No ways. I could change the return flight, which I didn't want to. Oh well, it was my fault I suppose, but it would have been nice if they had helped out.

Flight back to LHR wasn't great because it was delayed, but they didn't serve meals earlier to compensate. So was really hungry by the time they eventually did the meal.

But reasonable flight all in, and would use again despite having to take an extra day's leave.

unfortunately, their FF-program is still lousy due to the lack of good airline partners.

and they reduced the baggage-allowance from 30 Kg to 20 Kg recently.....

no reason to change to Etihad for me these days....

their PLUS is: the transit-times are excellent, rarely longer than 2 hours between arrival in Abu Dhabi and the connecting flights...
