Wondering if there are some easy options from Buriram to Chiang Mai (or return). Not even sure of distances and likely won't have my own transport so any ideas ?

Many years ago there was an a/c Bor Kor Saw bus but I have no idea if its still running or where it actually started from (Surin or possibly Ubon). I'm pretty sure there is still a service from Korat which is easy for you to get to. Hopefully someone with more upto date info can help you.
