The Pathumwan Princess Hotel which is attached to MBK has what you need! Great salt water pool! It's part of the Olympic club which I belong to and I swim there on my off days. http://www.pprincess.com/ Hotel guests can use the club free.

The rate should is about 3500 up per night. The Royal Orchid Sheraton on the river also has two pools but I beleive the lap pool is only about 16M but maybe 20m! Great views of the river from all the rooms and the pools!

Thanks

Nearest BTS station is National Stadium (Silom Line). You can walk from hotel directly through MBK Shopping Center which is attached to the hotel on the far end with the BTS on the other end.

Hmmm maybe I'm jetlagged but it took me awhile to figure out what you meant.

The Banyan Tree Hotel on Satorn Road is an office building/hotel with a restaurant and bar at the top located outside with great sunset views, which is called Vertigo.

The State Tower on Silom which is condo and office and a hotel called Lebua has several restaurants and a bar at the top and is also located outside and is called Scirocco.

Both are nice places to take visitors or just to look out over Bangkok, though not cheap.
