Advise On Tourist Visa

One of my friends has had 3 consecutive stamps on arrival for a total of 90 days. Afterwards she went to Vientiane and got a 60 days one entry tourist visa. When that was near to expire, instead of going to an immigration office and pay to have extra 30 days, she crossed to Myawaddy and got another 30 days stamp, but the officer told her that next time she will have to leave for 90 days.

But she does not really know where to go for 90 days...

If she goes to Vientiane again to try to get a double entry tourist visa, do you think that they might refuse it to her, seen that she did not follow the rules, and got 4 times in six months the 30 days free stamps?

She is very worried to get stuck in Vientiane. But I guess it should be ok. But it is only a guess.

Anybody can advise?

Should not have any problem in Vientienne. She could probably get a double entry if she wishes.
