Mine hasn't worked for almost a week now. I called them everyday and got no straight answer. I just don't think it should be down this long so I'm guessing maybe something's wrong at my end instead?

I use BRM-04 router(though I only have one computer). This sentence

"PPP1 PPPoE Session is established." is gone from my system log and I don't know why because I didn't change anything. I ran my anti-virus(which I update everyday) and it doesn't find anything. I also ran my trojan remover and found nothing either. What could possibly go wrong?
