Bangkok / Pattaya / Phuket / Samui - New Years Eve

Featured Replies

Where do you think will be the best place to spend farang NYE in Thailand out of Bangkok / Pattaya / Phuket / Samui?

Do you think the police will make an exception and allow bars / discos to open late or will they burst in and p!ss test everyone at 5 minutes past midnight?

Cheers,

T.

I would say go to Phuket for a fantastic New Years eve, I have spend the last 3 at the Phuket Palace Resort on Patong Beach, it was fantastic. :o

Phuket IMO sucks at NYE as most of the girls (BGs) go home to see family ,or are with their boyfriends, or out partying with their female mates . Same in Pattaya , empty bars with no girls .

This is peak season , too many drunken farangs ,going mad with fireworks and girls gone away.

In the past i have walked along walking street and the bars have no workers !!

just a mamasan holding the fort .

In Phuket at Karon and Kata its the same , bars completely devoid of any females .
