Questions about getting a job?

Does anyone have any suggestions for headhunters or placement agencies that specialize in expats. My expertise is IT in financial services. No need for expat wage, just enough to live and keep skills current.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh one last bit of info I am curreltly in Bangkok.

Hi Randy,

Please read through the Jobs archive, there is a lot of information on this topic now all available online.

You basically won't be able to keep skills current in Bangkok through a career, a lot of technology in use is out of date, and in some cases way out of date. There are rare, rare exceptions as always but I don't see it happening.

In fact say goodbye to your I.T. career as you knew it.

Have a read through the archives and then post back.

Regards

Use Google with the following Key Words: recruitment Thailand

If you have the skills, are ready to access Thai Wages and are currently in Bangkok, you should be able to find an IT Job.

A few MNCs deliver their Regional IT Services from Bangkok rather than from more developed countries ...

My advise is to set a deadline to find a icorrect job, for example two/three months. After this ... go back home.

to randy,

what kind of skills do you have exactly?

I am a stock- and futurestrader and work in Phuket and Vienna.

From November I will only stay in Phuket.

Do you have any skills of trading?

better send me PM.

regards

Peter
