i would like to know how and where to obtain an export license, i live in the pattaya area and have an office there and also a company

If you already have a registered company, then you would only need to contact your freight forwarder and have them apply for the Paerless Customs Process. You will need all of your comnpany's documents but the the process is fairly painless, only takes about two days, and it only needs to be done once.

If you need a certificate of Origin for your products, then there is a similar process that needs to be gone through but once you have passed the application process, you will be given a C/O card.

Once you are in the system then its smooth sailing... for the most part.
