A couple of days ago,I was looking for an internet cafe in the world trade center,and was directed to the 6th floor.

There is a place which has about 100 pc's and looks like a IT school.I wandered in and they swapped my copy passport for a guest badge,and I was able to use the web for about an hour,for NO charge.

Was I just lucky,or have others used this place?

It's some new project of the government to keep kids off drugs and away from porn sites :o and yes, it's free.

Bangkok Post wrote about it the other day but I can't seem to find the link to that article.
