I am about to go to KL to get Non-Immigrant B Visa. My tourist visa was made for both me and my 9 months old son. He does not have passport, since by the law of my country kids' info is inside mother's passport. What do I have to do? Do I have to get Non-Immigrant Visa B for my son as well? Should I take him to KL with me? Can anyone please advice me? Thank you so much in advance!!!

Interesting question, I assume you are the mother.

Your child would certainly not meet the criteria for a non immigrant B visa!

The non immigrant visa is applied for in your name alone, which is then coded when printed on the paper visa they glue into your passport.

So I guess you would need to apply for two different visas, which would then both be glued into your passport:

1) The non immigrant B for yourself.

2) A non immigrant O visa for your child.

I am sure someone can post some more detailed help regarding an O visa application for your child.

Are you sure your country does not allow passport issue for a child? This having child on parents passport dates back several generations. Almost all urge, if not require, children to have there own passport these days (at least the last 50 years).

I am sure. Well, maybe all the developed countries issue passport for a child, but not Uzbekistan. We are still in the process of development of civilization. :o
