I just bought a house with my Thai partner. The Thai name is on the first (owner) page of the blue house book. My name is there too, because I have a rental agreement filed as a lien.

If I go to Pattaya City Hall, will they enter my name on the next (resident) page? If not, will they issue me a yellow book?

I'm pretty sure you can. But you do need the owners permission to be put on a tabieen baan.
