Thetyim
Temperature has dropped to 16c here. It's <deleted> cold and to make things worse I have lost another sock. If it doesn't rain soon I am going to end it all. This thread is the only thing keeping me alive.
TizMe
It was so cold here in Pattaya last night that I had to sleep with the fan turned OFF. Also my son wouldn't go to school this morning without putting on a jacket..

Gazza
Luxury! I dream of 16C........ when I were a lad etc.. etc.. etc.. Bright and cold in eastern Siberia this morning, no snow, -13C Aye, we were so poor we had to sit huddled around a candle when it was cold. When it was unbearably cold we used to light it. All ceiling fans are now on slowest speed. Showering is done quickly. If it gets any cooler I may have to resort to rolling my shirt sleeves down when out riding. brrrrr!!! Thetyim
On a serious note I have just found this on the web which I hope the mods will allow me to post. Music: H.M.K. Bhumibol Adulyadej Lyric: Prof. Thanpuying Nopakhun Thongyai Na Ayudhya Rain winds sweep across the plain. Thunder rumbles on high. Lightening flashes; Bows the grain. Birds in fright nestward fly. But the rain pours down in blessing; Filled with cheer our hearts expand. As the woods with notes of pleasure ring, Sunlight streams o'er the land. Bright the rainbow comes in view. All the world's cool and clean. Angels's tears the flowers renew. Nature glistens in green. Rain beads sparkle in your hair, love. Rainbows glitter when you smile. Thus we soon forget the clouds above, Beauty so does beguile. copyright His Majesty King Bhumibol of Thailand

think_too_mut
I think the rain should be contained to the places prone to it. Bergen, Norway. 200 days a year, great. Why BKK, 3 times Norvegian population, would have to endure it? Edit: a typo
