Listened to the clip, and no offence, but it this online news associated with the Fox network belonging to a certain Mr Rupert Murdoch. The short was a bit sensationalised for my liking.

It'd be nice if there was an explanation as to why the consul made his decision.

He can always write to the big boss, Maj Gen Hemmaraj,

at Soi Suan Plu.

My experience is that he will get a reply, from the Embassy/Consulate,

perhaps even an apology!

This is pieman we are talking about, no?

I have no comment on the story. My point was that I prefer my news in the considered '7.30 report', 'AM/PM' 'BBC World' type format, rather than a FOX news network sensationalistic reporting style.

But then again, I am a bit of a snob when it comes to these (and many other) things.
