Hegseth Said to Have Shared Attack Details in Second Signal Chat
The pilots who would be flying those F-18s into harm's way at the times noted beforehand by Hegseth in his Signalchats would hope their departure time was classified. Had someone hacked his private phone (which he used in this second gaffe), the info could have been relayed to the Houtis or Iranians, and knowing where the carrier was and the intended targets, they would have had plenty of time to intercept the F-18s. Hegseth, one has to assume, has lost all confidence in DoD pilots. Their missions are tough enough without someone boasting to friends and family about when the pilots---not Hegseth---will be going into harm's way. Not sure if POTUS has the cojones to admit a mistake and fire the clown, but certainly there is going to be a lot of pressure to do so, particularly by the men and women who pilot the US' fighter aircraft. -

UK Passport renewal - email received 'send us your passport' 2 weeks after applying?
Officially, that is not supposed to be allowed. However, several years ago, I know of two cases where a successful renewal from Thailand was achieved by applying direct to the Passport Office in the UK. Since your old passport needs to be provided in such an application, even if successful, it would put you in violation of Thai law which states that you need to have your passport available at all times. I would personally also be nervous about being without my passport for an indeterminant period of time, possibly many months if the UK officials decide to strike again. -

Mae Hong Son loop twice
Done half of it on Forza no problem with brakes at all, depends if speeding downhill to the bends and then brake hard will cause overheating on anything, Forza has enough engine brake to cope with down slopes ..., with reasonable safe riding... I can imagine problem with 2 x 100kg tourists and luggage on a Click, speeding downhill, out of control, could be a problem - damn dangerous ...!
