He should be suspended as long as his 6 month prison sentence should have lasted. Sometimes reporting on these things is just horrible. No explanation in any article as to why he was released early. I'm sure there's a good explanation, but why can't you just report it?

I read yesterday that anyone getting less than a 12 month sentance is automatically released half way through if had good behaviour ??
