hey does anyone no what bus leaves from pattaya to the laos border, location of station and cost for trip up and back? last time when i went with a company, i saw a bus (there were millions of pple on it!) but could prove cost effective.

anyone no of a discount coupon for enjoy travel (located on soi 8 and also soi boukau). someone mentioned a 1000 baht coupon in a bankok magazine or paper. i could use it cuz the double tourist visa trip costs 9900 thb for americans.

someone mentiond "jacks" will be doin the loas run in august. i need to go sunday august 17. who and where is jacks? thanks for any help.

I can confirm that Jack Golf is running the service again.

I did my visa-run with Jack Golf on Monday morning to Poi Pet, on the return journey they (Jack's employee) announced that the service to Laos had started again that morning (04 August 2008)

Hope this adds some clarification for those wishing to use this service.
