Whenever I was in BKK, every morning when I woke up, I missed the cool fresh air and clear blue sky. I always said to myself .... another day less before I'm going back to my lakefront home in Florida where a sunny gorgeous day greets you most mornings.

Then I would have a quick shower, make myself a cup of coffee and toast 2 slices of raisin breads, read the today paper, play with my 2 dogs (Chihuahua and Mini Pincher) in the patio.

Since we retired, I can afford to let the world goes by without worrying - what time it is. I never get tired of looking at the water dances under the sun light causes by the gentle wind, it creates an illusion of million of sparkling diamonds on the surface.

A what a lovely night's sleep, lucky for me I am not a pad supporter and have to sleep in a park.

Wiggle toes (right side), wiggle toes (left side). Flex calves, clench buttocks,...etc. Your body/brain supposedly will last longer if you apply a slow/gradual start to each day.
