Take a half shoulder of lamb still frozen,,,,hacksaw into 1 1/2 inch slabs. Coat heavily with oregano and basil...bake covered with small ammount of water in oven at lowest possible temp for 12 hours or more...nearest to the Greek Kleftico you can get here.
