GungaDin
Any ideas for cheap lighting of a couple of leather phone pouches? Camera is a basic Nikon 50 Thanks. Product sample:
Klyph
Neon lightbulbs are great. Use 4-6 of them in conjunction with a cloth "tent" to diffuse direct lighting. I saw a few at the Photo Fair and made a makeshift set at home... works perfectly. Also, a white acrylic background makes things more professional, you can get them at any art supplies store in Thailand and add a lamp underneath so there are no shadows. Klyph
Yeee! You're welcome! Took me a while to get it perfect. If neon isn't right, sunlight is also your cheapest natural resource.

Tywais
This topic got me thinking how useful a light box would be for my work. I sometimes need to take photos of some of my design work for reports or publications and this looks perfect. Did some looking around and found a couple of more sites with DIY light boxes. http://www.pbase.com/wlhuber/light_box_light_tent http://www.studiolighting.net/homemade-lig...ct-photography/
