Have the DAAD been convicted on buying votes in the December elections?

My friend tells me they have - I was under the impression that they haven't stood trail yet (is there a trial coming up?).

The PPP is under investigation for vote buying. The EC has found evidence supporting the claim and have turned over their findings to the Attorney General. If he agrees he will turn their case over to the courts. There has been no conviction yet.
