Multi Entry Non Immigrant "o"

Hello buddies

i just called in Singapore Thai embassy, they told me that they are issuing only single entry non O based on mariage.

My plan was to go there in 2 weeks to get a multy entry!!

Someone could tell me where to get a 1 year multi entry non im O visa based on mariage in south east asia?

i have just been refused a muliple entry non o at the thai embassy in london. the man informed me that no more muliple non o only retirement visa o-a which you need extra paper work

I got my multiple non O a couple of weeks ago in KL I guess it's worth going over there

mine was based on marriage as well. Wish you luck

Singapore has been a NO NO for a while.

I phone also to Vientiane embassy, they told me that they were issuing Non O 1 entry but could not tell me if they would issue a multy entry!!!!

Just : "i don't know" !! And she gave me two more telephone numbers, but there is nobody there!

I tel also in France, embassy in Paris, they are still issuing multy entries non O.

Contact the Thai Consulate in Hull, they should be able to help you.

Just tel t KL Thai embassy:

Mutiple entries "O" visa are issued only for work permit owners.

As i do not have a work permit, i can get only a single entry!!

Things are getting harder and harder here!

Some times an idea comes in my mind: why not go some where else?

The Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane does not issue Multiple Non O.

When a Thai embassy or consulate stops the issuance of a type of visa or starts to be more restrictive it usually does so on instruction from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). For quite some time now we have seen a trend of foreigners who live permanently in Thailand on back-to-back visas being nudged by conslulates into doing annual extensions on the assumption that these foreigners obviously must have income to defray their cost of living and therefore should be able to meet the requirements for an extension for living with Thai wife, for employment, for retirement, etc. This, of course, causes hardship for those foreigners who live from their savings and are not yet 50 years old.

And you have to fulfil the ability allegation.

Since when, I have non-o multis (marriage) from both KL and Delhi. I am neither Malay nor Indian

Application in one’s home country is not a standard requirement but based on posts by members in this forum the number of Thai embassies/consulates willing to issue the multiple-entry non-O visa for the purpose of visiting Thai wife is decreasing.

A Thai consulate that has been issuing a certain type of visa to qualified applicants until today may stop issuing it from tomorrow. We have seen this happen time and again and for this reason new reports by members of their experience with visa applications at consulates in the region are very useful.
