0830 hrs officially but it's OK to go early, say 0745 and get in the line outside the door. At least that way you'll beat some of the crowd.

Breakfast? I live way out of town so leave home early, about 0500 hrs, park on Pat Pong, good breakfast at the Madrid, then wander of to Sathorn and catch a taxi or the #62 bus if one's handy to Immigration. There's also Thai food available in the back of Immigration itself.

Thanks guys. I picked Tuesday because my friend who lives in Chumphon is coming to extend his retirement visa and we're going together on Tuesday, September, 23.
