That would show confidence in the local sector if you were to buy. we dont focus in comercial property in Phuket.... but even the other agents who are friends have nothing on there books... but i will be out tomorrow looking..... it is actually for a friend, and the money isnt there to purchase But i have seen some noce new units being built along Patong Beach Road, just at the end near the police box, but not to sure how much the rent will be ... So, How does that work, then? Why tie up capital in a building if it's just for business?
