Best bet is to drive and look. If they are for rent, or, sale, they will invariably have a sign saying so.

Why not just buy seeing as your are in the biz? That would show confidence in the local sector if you were to buy.

we dont focus in comercial property in Phuket.... but even the other agents who are friends have nothing on there books...

But i have seen some noce new units being built along Patong Beach Road, just at the end near the police box, but not to sure how much the rent will be ...

Why tie up capital in a building if it's just for business?

If circumstances change, like having a restaurant that opens next door that constantly fries chillis, with a rental you can move.
