Fed Up With Teaching?

Featured Replies

try start a resort! The former owner of ajarn.com started renovating a house without title deed and is offering it now for sale. This individual bought it for 800k and is trying to sell it for 3 million. The reason for selling is that his mother of law needs 'earth' below her feet instead of water.

He apparently doesn't need an income anymore and doesn't mention income as reason for selling. For those interested, check out http://www.iamkohchang.com/

good luck! be rich quick!

No land title because no land. Built over an estuary, on piles. Lots of mozzies, I'd guess, too. Nice water view from the balcony, though.

Good luck, Ian :o

Yeah but as Ian is a good sort (although I can't figure out if this is serious or a pee take) we'll let it stand!

I like Ian, he was always good to me when I was a newbie on Ajarn....and you know what they say? What duth come around duth goeth around (okay that's the olde Englishe version!).

Or have you been speaking to the wife?

Still wondering what it has to do with teaching; oh yeah, he's a teacher, and?

He used to own a teachers website and?

...and I thought we were discussing renovating and reselling houses in the teaching forum. Anyway, it does sound cool what he is doing after looking at the link.
