At Tukcom, I only found a computor shop that has a display with brocures of an online dealer the guy in the shop didn't know any more about it he gave me a brocure but I don't like buying online, I didn't find them at the Sony shop. October 9, 200817 yr I bought my Garmins from the US but bought the maps from Gadget Trend in Bangkok. Their service is great. Here's the link; http://www.gadgetrend.com/index.php Gadget Trend will EMS anything in their shop direct to your home. Address your email to a guy named Art. He speaks excellent English and he will answer any questions you have. Edited October 9, 200817 yr by Gary A

I didn't find the people in Tuk Com particularly helpful or knowledgeable whereas Gadget Trend's service has been excellent. And the shop at the Homeplace Building is convenient if you wanted to check it out. Bus from Pattaya to Ekamai and from there a very short journey to Soi Thong Lor.
October 12, 200817 yr The guy from Gadgettrend.com comes to both the expat clubs with units for sale. He has also done teaching sessions for people who buy his kit. Ring him and find out when he is next coming down here.
