Rubber Production To Be Cut

I googled Bangkok post and rubber today and got this, a similar result yesterday stated that Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand are to cut production by 210,000 tonnes pa. It did not say how this was to be achieved, although a friend said he had seen that one proposal was to cut down trees over 25 years old.
