Hi all,

A few questions about wills,

My wife is Thai, and 8 weeks up the duff, I'm Aussie, we will be returning to Aus in the next few weeks, and I think getting a will is on the "to do" list.

As we have property in BKK(in her name) and property in Aus(in my name), should we get 1 will made up in Thailand and another made up in Aus, or would 1(say done in Aus) cover us for Thailand also?

Anyone with any experience on this subject please let me know, and who did you use in BKK, lawyers etc.

Sunbelt, do you do wills?
