Looking For An Apartment/house In Pattaya.

Hi,

i'm planning to come to Thailand on approx. 5-th of December, and now looking for a good apartment or a house for a 3 months rent. the location doesn't matter for me, as long as it will be in a walking distance (up to 20 minutes) to the beach. the things, which are really important for me is:

1. it must have a good internet connection - ADSL or WI-FI (with a good and stable signal strength)

2. there must be a kitchen

3. for an apartment - it must have a nice balcony

the budget is 15-25K per month.

Have a large studio on Pratumnak with Kitchen, internet, pool and easy walk to the beach for 22 K per month for 3 months.
