I have noticed this too.

But I think that it is only temporary, and nothing to do with the colour being hijacked.

Rather they just don't want to be mistaken for PAD and get caught up in all of this crap. I wonder how many people (especially Thai's) feel about wearing red in the North in regards to their safety.

Perhaps we should turn this into a poll?

The result might surprise jdinasia.

Why would a poll on here surprise me? People would tend to respond along preconceived notions .. and it would not be indicative of reality for Thai people :o

Take a look on Monday .. then again on the 5th to see the answer.

I've noticed on the last couple of Mondays that there haven't been so many yellow shirts around. Next Friday is special and nearly everybody will be wearing yellow but, for most, it won't be indicating any allegiance to the PAD.
