saorsa Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 I am looking to take out a 1 year lease on a house in BangSaen, Chon Buri from Feb 09 (if the house/price is right, i can sign up for 2 years). Needs to be in a good secure area as i work overseas. I prefer fully furnished, but i guess partially furnished could be ok dependant on what i need to provide. Internet is essential. Not sure what the max amount i would pay is...depends on the property. With the current problems in thailand with PAD etc, I am looking for a great house for low money.
