Non Immigrant B Question W New Laws

I have a Non Immigrant B that expires in May. I work for a small consulting company in California. I have already earned enough money this year to cover the 50,000 baht per month, but next year its going to be slow.

Do I need to do amything or is this new law just cover if I reapply for new Non B next year. if I do will I have to show proof that I can earn 50.000 baht a month.

Are you on an extension of a B visa or do you have a multiple entry B.

If a multiple entry those rules do not apply.
