Non-imm 0 Clarification

I know there's been a lot of changes re. the extension of non-imm o visas but is there any change to the amount of time you can stay whilst still on a non-imm 0 visa. Currently I get 90 days and then have to do a border run.

My multiple entry non-imm o visa is good until March but my stamp is only good until Jan 5th. When I go out to Cambodia on Jan 5th will I get stamped back in for another 90 days or will I now only get 30 days?

Assuming I get the 90 days still and I go back to the UK in March can I go back to the Thai Consulate in Birmingham and get another 1 year non-imm o visa entitling me to stay in Thailand for 15 months (5X90days if you time it correctly).

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is are the new regs for non-imm o visas only effecting renewals from within Thailand?

I'm very confused :-(

The changes do not affect visas in any way. You will still get 90 days.
