I think you are mixing up two different types of visa. There is the tourist visa that can have a 10 year validity and there is the K-1 Fiancee Visa which has a 90 day validity that a fiancee can convert (aka adjustment of status) into a green card (permanent residence) after she is married.

If she is a fiancee and you are looking to get married and get her a green card in the US, the the tourist visa is not the correct option to use, as it is whats its name implies: a visa for tourism, not to stay in the US permanently. Using a tourist visa to bring a fiancee to the US with the intention of marrying her and remaining is illegal under US Immigration law.

Oh ok, thanks.

so the tourist visa is 10 years.,

what if we get married in thailand?

If you get married in Thailand and attempt to obtain a tourist visa you will have to overcome the presumption that your future wife is going to the US to remain indefinitely (a presumption not easily overcome).

If it is your intention to take your Thai fiancee/wife to the USA with the intent to remain (either married or not, no matter where the marriage is consecrated), then you should use a K-1 fiancee visa, K-3 Marriage Visa, or I-130 Immigrant Visa. All of these visas were designed for those with the intent of going to the US to reside. A tourist visa was not designed for this purpose.

Good luck,

so the tourist visa is 10 years.,

It is a multiple entry visa valid for 10 years. The amount of time allowed to stay on each entry depends on what she is given by the officer upon entry.
