butterisbetter Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Does anybody know where to get large bakery size rolls of siliconized baking parchment? I used to get it from Makro (Aro brand) but they don't offer it anymore.
thaigerd Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Google for "Schmidt" company in Bangkok, they have all these bakery stuff. Gerd

We actually deal with them and I looked in their catalog but not there. But I decided to give them a call, and it turns out that they probably do have it.. I say "probably" because it's not clear if it's siliconized which gives it greater heat resistance and reusability. Thanks again.
NanaFoods Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 I believe I found mine at the ubiquitous Lotus... near the paper plates, plastic cups, and cling wrap. The only time to eat diet food is while you're waiting for the steak to cook. — Julia Child
