December 18, 200421 yr Does anyone know the validity of the 30 year lease scheme when one or two extra 30 year periods are added. A colleague of mine, who has a 30 year lease, mentioned that any leases after the initial 30 year period were invalid. Also if there was any mention of any extra 30 year period on the original lease agreement then that too is invalid. Has anyone else heard of this, or is he just passing mis-information on to me?
