Got woken up at 8am with a phone call. Buddy from TO where its feakin 8pm.

Then mate pounded on my door at 9am..."time to get up and leave this <deleted> hole"

10:30am-Noon drove from patters to bkk

Spent rest of day with wife

I went to the zoo on my own to take some pictures

Up early, to the beach with the dogs.

Morning BBQ and real coffee.

Short driving lesson with wife.

Shopping for clothes.

Buffet dinner at restaurant, confirm I'm the only non-Thai they see there - outside Pattaya.

Visit relatives.

Sunday update nah.

3 big boys back from Go-Kart, shows me movie they maks and how good they did and my bf was the last place lol.

Talked to them for about hour and coffee - snacks.

Went to supermarket for food this week.

Cooked and had dinner + fruit salad.

Watch movie with my son put him to bed at 8:30.

Slept at midnight.

Woke up and feel sick but had to dresses up for my son to school.

Sunday , mmmmm , i was up at the crack of dawn , the answer was NO , rolled over and went back to sleep .

On Sunday, I got 3 puppies, an early Christmas present, so I've probably had more exercise than for years, running around after them. Went to bed half way through the newcastle game, slept like a log.

This Sunday arrived home to 1 degree frozen after one week in Tenerife (hot weather certainly but just as expensive if not more than Thailand) got onto highly priced taxi, travelled in icy fog home and wondered where is the magic feeling this year.

It has to be said (and the holiday to Thailand was cancelled for hospital commitments only) that imo Thailand is the best holiday location ever, ok higher airfares etc are an issue with other tourists and crossed my mind also but taking everything into account my Sunday was spent thinking of the last six years visits to various parts of Thailand and god willing will return next year as I have no doubt most tourists will and yes, realise that some of us will not be welcome.

you can do it at just about any massage/spa/salon place around khao san road and in other tourist areas, eyebrows as well...
