Rogue states like N. Korea who's exports consist only of narcotics & missles - Iran's exports of Terrorists.  Great folks, them... :o

Todays Enemies are often Tomorows Allies.

In the U.s.'s case it's more like: Yesterdays allies are tomorrow's ennemies...

Especially if they are the countries that make up the Axis of Weasel! :D

So much for it dying. Isn't the bearpit for pointless debates?

Ohhh one more thing.

If the USA invaded Canada, would the Canadians defending their country be called Insurgents or Freedom fighters on CNN?

Insurgents and communist rebels.

The yanks know that the Canucks are commie loving terrorist sympathisers. :D:o

How is that? Cite examples of actions whereupon Canada sympathised with terrorists. I know you are likely speaking in jest, but I doubt Canadian veterans would find that funny.

I am sorry, didn't mean to cause offense. Merely playing with stereotypes, and Boon Me took the bait... :o

I believe there is a wide range of opinion held by Canadians, although, as a nation, they are not set on the idea of spreading their views across the world by military force, unlike their neighbour. I was also responding to the hypothetical scenario of the US invading Canada, which was also a jest.

It is hypothetical, right, Boon Me, isn't it? :D:D

I should imagine so, Stroll....

Keep up this kind of dialog and your nick would more fittingly be "Troll" :D

Though it's a bit of a 'rant' site the event happened.

Yes indeed, the event certainly did take place but to read the account above, it were to seem it's bad 'ol America's fault again. :o

Check out THIS factual piece...

"The regime's main external prop was undoubtedly the United States. Although many Greeks of all political persuasions believed that the American CIA had somehow been directly involved in the 1967 coup, there was little evidence to substantiate this."
