A Pain In The Back

Featured Replies

Many years ago due to an accident I damaged my back I went from doctor to doctor and no one could help me, till I found a chiropractor. It took just a few visits and my back was as good as new again.

But every few years it keeps playing up again. Being in Thailand now I don't know if there is any

chiropractors around here. If any of you guys know of one in the BKK area please let me know.

Thanks

You can also work on treating the CAUSE, rather than the symptoms. Usually the result of tight, unbalanced and weak muscles, correcting these unbalances with the correct exercises will increase strength, stability and function for the long term.

Do you google search:

Good Sports physiotherapy identifies your physical limitations and takes a proactive corrective approach to exercise rehab. You can then work on a maintenence program on your own.

I used the link provided by Londonthai - I've tried about five chiropractors in my 7 years here and the best, in my opinion, is Dr Don of Bioenergy Asia. You only see him when you need to and he won't try to sell you a long course of treatments. I wish I'd gone to him ages ago.
