Should you have any questions or complaints, send email to the stated address. But I can access the site no problem. Using Samart Infonet and connecting from North of Bangkok. It's in the news on Thai Version that MICT has informed all ISPs in Thailand to block about 2,500 websites (pornography, gamble, or lese majeste) as the government cannot shut websites hosted outside Thailand down. Try using a proxy-server based outside of Thailand if you have problems accessing sites in the future. There are at least 4 that you can access via the web w/o changing any of your settings.
