What can I do?

Since ages now I'm not getting any notifications for topics I have subscribed.

Hi Gerd,

First please check your spam folder, sometimes emails end up there.

Also, you should to add our From address, "newsletter[at]thaivisa.com" and "forum[at]thaivisa.com to your Google Gmail Contacts List:

1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Google Gmail page.

2. Click Add Contact.

3. Copy and paste our From address, "newsletter[at]thaivisa.com" into the primary email address dialog box.

4. Do the same with "forum[at]thaivisa.com

5. Click Save.

No, it does not :o

Checked my spam folder etc.

I am a member in another German forum here in Thailand, always get the notifications.

What else to do???

I had the same problem earlier this year.

It appears to have something to do with the fact that you (as me) do not log out at the end of a session.

The only way I could find that works is to set all topics/forums I've subscribed to, to:

'Immediate Email Notification' (and make this the default setting in 'My Controls'!) rather than the default TV setting of 'Delayed Emailed Notification'

Give it a try - it can't hurt - and it works for me.

Not sure if this will work:

After you change the notification settings, log off (use the 'log out button') from TV and clear your explorer cache and cookies. Then log in again and check if the settings have taken hold.

I did not have to do this but it is only an idea of what I would try.

If you have a non-web-based e-mail account (from your ISP) try to subscribe this account with TV and see if it works
