Unfortunatly, she was staying in Phi Phi when the wave struck and she has not replied to any of my e-mails.

I have tried to phone her mobile and there is just a call back service message on her mobile.

I am going out of my mind with worry and I dont know what else to do to try and find out whats happened to her.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? Any phone numbers I can phone?

Many of the Phi Phi tourists were bought to Phuket today. Check with local hospitals in Phuket and the Embassy. Good Luck.

I´m so sorry for all you that miss someone down in Thailand.

The best I can to to help is to give you a good link

to the hospitals in the area, they have list "all" the

people they treat at their hospitals, name and sometimes

dates of born or age.

I hope you find your friends at someone of this lists.

Got a message from her father late last night that she has made contact, and seems to be OK. Thanks for your help candy. I'm off to Tesco to buy supplies to send tomorrow.

I have heard from my friend too now. She was airlifted off Phi Phi yesterday by the Thai Navy.

Thank god she is OK.
