Where I live my downloads are heavily capped, except between 11pm and 7 am

I want to download from News Groups so I am looking for a programme

that either allows me to select messages in advance, then starts download at a specified time

or has command line access so that I can set up a shortcut to be activated by that Task Manager

I currently use Agent but it does not seem to have either of these facilities.

Newsbin Pro allows you to set different speeds at different times. I suppose you could set 0 except for 11pm to 7am when you could set full speed.
