try the above link for Tycoon Place, they charged 9500 baht for the month of November 2008, 500 baht cheaper than when i stayed there two years ago for the same month!!, nice quiet place, 2 to 3 minutes walk to friendship supermarket and no more than 5 minutes max walk to the start of soi boukhuo and to Tuk Com, rooms cleaned daily and towels /bed sheets changed 2 times per week, secluded pool with restuarant and small shop for the basics. Very good laundry and shop right outside the front door along with motorbike taxi, who service mostly the residents at Tycoon Place.

Usual deposits required
