For anyone who is interested in an expat diving club there is a one called DSAC.

It is a not for profit members club and holds weekly meetings in Bangkok as well as regular diving trips around Thailand (and some much further).

It has a small website at www.damnam.org and details of the weekly meeting (which moves around) can be seen on there.
